Know that all opulent, beautiful, and glorious creations spring from but a spark of My splendor.
Krishna explains that all grandeur and glory emanate from a fragment of his splendor. This reveals the divine spark present in everything beautiful and powerful, inspiring reverence and wonder.
But what need is there, Arjuna, for all this detailed knowledge? With a single fragment of Myself, I pervade and support this entire universe.
Krishna concludes by emphasizing his pervasion of the entire universe with a mere fragment of himself. This final declaration encapsulates his infinite, all-encompassing nature, leaving Arjuna awestruck.
Chapter 11
Arjuna said: Out of compassion, you have spoken to me the supreme secret of self-knowledge, and my delusion is now gone.
I have heard in detail from You about the origin and dissolution of beings, O Lotus-eyed Lord, and also of Your inexhaustible greatness.
O Supreme Lord, as You have declared Yourself to be, so You are. Yet, I desire to see Your divine form as the Cosmic Being.
If You think it is possible for me to behold Your universal form, O Lord, then please reveal it to me, O Master of Yoga.
